I read this adaptation of a haunting, mysterious 12th century Sufi poem in high school, and while I never really understood it, I always wanted to direct it. I hope I understand it a little better now. Our amazing cast was multi-talented and diverse in nearly every way. It was a unique experience and one of which I am very proud.
“...a beautiful mash-up of music, physical theater, pop-culture allusions and ancient Persian poetry. Stunningly creative...”
